I can't say enough positive things about my real estate experience with Kim Boyd. As we all know, the real esate market has been very challenging! But a tough market only made Kim work harder to sell our house. At our first meeting, Kim was prepared with research and statistics about the market and comparable houses in our price range. She helped us price our house well, her marketing generated multiple showings and she handled a long and stressful disclosure period with professionalism and grace.
